What will a Consultant’s role be? 

The Academy offers young Consultants theory and classroom learning as well as interactive and team work sessions, research-based tasks, and peer-to-peer learning and shadowing.  

Consultants will be given constant support and guidance from a host of experienced Recruitment Managers and in-house trainers, as well as bespoke coaching. Recruits will learn about candidate search, headhunting and identification methods, advertising and marketing, interviewing skills and business development, and account management.  

The CPS Recruitment Academy will also focus on Consultants building up crucial industry knowledge to ensure they become experts within their specialist fields, ultimately allowing them to place exceptional candidates into senior-level roles in some of the leading businesses around the world.  

Excitingly, Consultants will be able to develop their own place at the heart of the IT sector by building and growing a client portfolio using commercial information to identify organisations that have current or future recruitment needs, including global multi-nationals and burgeoning SMEs.
