Brief:The client had identified that there are less than 50 people in the world with the appropriate qualifications and experience of working in such a highly regulated environment. Our brief was to establish contact with 1 of these individuals and talk them into relocating (complete with family) to the UK.
Objective:To get the post holder in position as soon as possible so that the client could aggressively begin the exploratory R&D of new products to release to market.
The Solution:As a result of a retained search and tailored headhunting programme, the successful post holder was relocated from California to the UK with his family where he set about changing the way in which the employer developed its products. We assisted with the candidates relocation, housing and childrens schooling.
