We contacted a new client as they had been struggling to source a specialist DevOps Engineer for 5 months. During this time, they had engaged with multiple Recruitment Agencies and received over 20 CV’s. They had conducted 8 face to face interviews and still hadn’t identified the right person for the job.   


The Solution


Working closely with the hiring manager, we took a detailed brief to fully understand the technology requirements, future pipeline of work, and most importantly, the team culture.


Following this brief, we tapped into our established network, our internal CRM database and conducted a very focused LinkedIn search.


We submitted one candidate that we knew would be the right cultural fit, right technology experience and was within the salary range.

This one candidate had a telephone and face to face interview and was offered and accepted the role.
