A global leader in customer experience management software. Operating on a global scale, they deliver key solutions to numerous sectors, including automotive and transportation, government and telecommunications. Currently operating in 65 countries with over 75 different languages and dialects.

The Challenge:

We were engaged due to our in-depth understanding of complex software development requirements, and also because of our advanced network across the Microsoft development space (C#, ASP.Net, SQL).

Securing a wide range of simultaneous projects across various work streams, our challenge was to understand the vision and aim of the wider programme and deliver security-cleared individuals into the required projects in a timely fashion, managing an overall budget spend with the client.

The Solution:

Our software development team, launched a unique recruitment campaign, with potential candidates being interviewed together at certain stages to ensure seamless team integration as well as a perfect skills match.

Our advanced network of pre-screened candidates in the security-cleared space from central government recruitment allowed us to deliver all the resources required on time and within budget.
