The Challenge: Due to expansion across all areas of the business, our client was under very acute time constraints and still very keen to bring in their largest ever graduate intake to start at the beginning of September.
We were tasked with recruiting and onboarding 12 Graduates in a 5 week period.
The Solution: Working in partnership with our client’s HR team, we created and agreed the following solution in a 3 hour workshop:
Following this workshop, we created a Graduate specific marketing campaign, including branded advertising, a mailshot campaign and a Graduate information pack.
We created a clearly defined interview process, built around the client, to ensure they found the best talent available:
In total, 73 candidates were identified, 38 video interviews were conducted, followed by 29 psychometric tests, with 18 attending the assessment centre day.
The Value: Over 4 Assessment days with both the HR Director and Managing Director in attendance, our client was able to identify 13 hires. 9 of these were via CPS Group, with 4 direct hires captured in the process.
As a result of this, in September 2017, our client onboarded their largest ever Graduate intake and we are already planning next year.
