Our challenge was to create a campaign that would ensure Accenture's needs were fully met.
CPS Group designed and built a bespoke recruitment campaign around Accenture's individual needs, creating a two-stage on-site Assessment Day, interviewing alongside the Hiring Managers, chairing feedback sessions and orchestrating the running of the day. We provided a tailored testing facility and ensured up to ten prospective employees could be interviewed and assessed in just one day.
The solution we created provided the client with the number of high calibre individuals needed to meet Accenture's tight timescale, with the added benefit of guaranteeing their cultural and skill set match on the same day. This resulted in securing 23 skilled Developers & Consultants in year 1.
This bespoke process ensured a large number of high-quality employees were on site in a reduced time-frame to a traditional recruitment campaign. This allowed Accenture to deliver on their client commitments, meaning they were able to generate new business opportunities, consequently allowing them to move to the next stage of their growth plans.
