The Role
As a Senior Complaint Handler, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that customer complaints are resolved promptly, efficiently, and to the highest standards to deliver good customer outcomes. You will be responsible for overseeing the complaint resolution process and implementing strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effective formal complaint handling for the company and across all its products, ensuring appropriate resolution strategies, timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Investigate complaints thoroughly, gathering information and communicating with relevant internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Perform root cause analysis and suggest improvement plan with strong customer and risk outcomes maintained.
- Act as an advocate for the customer within the organisation, liaising and influencing other departments to address systemic issues identified, ensure customers concerns are being considered and addressed and enhance overall customer experience.
- Develop and implement procedures and protocols for handling complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the complaint handling process and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor complaint trends and provide regular reports and analysis to management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and customer service standards related to complaint handling.
- Provide training, guidance and support as needed to other complaint handlers and the broader customer services teams.
- Foster a culture of empathy, professionalism, and customer-centricity within the complaint handling and wider customer service team.

- 2 years proven experience within in a complaint handling role.
- Strong understanding of complaint handling best practices, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively and clearly with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools for complaint tracking and reporting.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Technical Product Owner
London (Hybrid Working)
Salary Up to £60,000 + Benefits
CPS Group are currently working with a global data and technology consultancy who are looking for an experienced Technical Product Owner to join their growing team. The company work with a wide range of industries, ranging from hospitality to defence. They provide a wide range of services to clients including business intelligence, digital transformation, marketing, and more.
In this role you will be leading the product vision and strategy for clients by developing and owning the product roadmap and backlog. Serving as the main point of contact for stakeholders you will clearly communicate product plans, trade-offs, and status through timely and transparent communications.
Candidate Skills / Experience
- Previous experience in a similar position in technical product management preferably with web-based applications
- Strong technical knowledge to actively engage in technical discussions

My client is experiencing exciting growth, so has decided to increase their development function in several areas. This is a brand-new role, and you will be the sole React Developer.
As the Senior React Developer, you will play a vital role in the development of software solutions and shaping customers’ solutions, particularly in improving the user experience.

Senior Software Engineer
Remote working
Salary – up to £70K +Bonus & Benefits
CPS Group are currently working with a global data and technology consultancy who are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join the team on a new exciting project. The company work with a wide range of industries, ranging from hospitality to defence. They provide a wide range of services to clients including business intelligence, digital transformation, marketing, and more. Due to the nature of work we require candidates to either have SC clearance or eligible to obtain this level of clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing software solutions including design, development and testing
- Using a wide range of technologies, specialising in the use of open-source libraries and components.
- Utilising tools such as GitLab to build continuous integration pipelines, which help monitor and ensure software quality and security
- Deploying software systems to a mixture of environments, including public (AWS and Azure) and private cloud
- Full Software Lifecycle Development
Candidate Skills / Experience:
- strong experience/knowledge of Java.
- Commercial experience with AWS.

A successful individual will be tasked with working with a small project team to both migrate our EBusiness technical stack from AIX to Linux along with upgrading the version from 12.2.5 to 12.2.12
The project and successful candidate would have the following deliverables:
Deliver and build the EBusiness & ODI apps tier upgrade and migration from AIX to Linux (latest patch levels to be agreed).
Provide a detailed design and configuration documentation for the apps tier migration from AIX to Linux.
Provide a technical implementation plan that will feed into the project go live implementation plan for the apps tier migration from AIX to Linux.
Provide weekly progress reports to the Atradius Project Manager against the agreed project plan and project RACI. Working to agreed timelines and to provide detailed escalations to project manager in case of project issues or blockers.
Provide input to the test plan for the apps tier migration from AIX to Linux.
Provide support for the go live of production migration as per the agreed project implementation plan including agreed weekend cutovers.
Handover to DBA team ensuring all documented deliverables are shared via agreed knowledge transfer sessions.
General support for incidents of EBusiness with a dedication to timely incident resolution.
For this position expected to show evidence of skills or significant experience with:
In-depth experience and knowledge of Oracle EBusiness 12.2 architecture, installation, configuration, cloning and performance tuning.
Solid understanding of application / database security principles
Solid understanding of standard processes including scripting, Data Guard and backup.
Experience with installing, configuring and supporting ODI
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong knowledge of Linux and AIX Operating Systems
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
