The CPS Group currently have an exciting opportunity for a Helpdesk Manager to join a growing company based in the centre of Cardiff. The opportunity will be well suited to an experienced Service Desk Manager looking for a new challenge, whilst it could also be a great opportunity for an experienced Team Leader looking to take the next step in their career.
Skills & Experience:
We are looking for someone that has a strong mix of the following skills and experience:
• Demonstrable experience in a Helpdesk / Service Desk Management or supervisory position
• Customer service orientated individual with a strong command of English
• Experience in mobile app support (iOS or Android) highly desirable
• Cloud support experience also desirable
• Basic knowledge of systems, networking and software applications
As the Service Desk Manager you’ll be responsible for:
• Managing a small team and systems that provide 1st level support
• Acting as the primary point of contact for customers
• Set the example to your team as to how to provide customer support
• Manage the roster for your 1st line agents
