An ambitious Fintech Startup are hiring Python Developers / Django Data Engineers for a new insurance application which is set to take the market by storm.
The product is already being rolled out by household retail brands to digitally insure assets and guarantee fast claims and easy usage. The application has already caught the attention of industry leaders and the business are looking to expand development and functionality of their core platform.
The vast majority of the codebase is written using Python with Django and Flask frameworks being used to support the web-page features. Postgress and SQL are being used to support the database with an eventual progression onto MongoDB being an option in the near future.
On a daily basis we're looking for developers to build ultra-low latency code, develop the microservices applications using Restful APIs and build new features onto the scalable codebase.
With Data being at the heart of the company's growth plans we're ideally looking for engineers with expertise using Numpy and Pandas along with Scipy and other data techniques. This opening will also provide a unique chance to move into Data Science and Machine Learning in the future.
Understanding of Backend Python and Django.
Experience building DevOps methodologies including Heroku and Agile working methodologies.
Expertise with setting up Data Visualisation environments.
